If your job is to sell things and you never close deals, then you haven't done your job as a saleswoman. Your employer, in most states, is not obligated to even tell you WHY you are being fired.

@peterplotts1238 , well, you can't exactly escort her from the Zoom Meeting. You can, of course, lock her account, and sue her if she refuses to return any company property. You can stop sending her paychecks. But security can't help here.

@michaelbuddy , I have lived and breathed tech for my entire professional career. Granted, I never did sales in the tech industry. But when I did sales (for a brief time in college), I was not given incentives based on "Doing everything right except closing". If you can't close the sale, then no one is impressed.
