@megankissinger8269 , people who regret having kids are walking PoS's. Absolutely no one should think it's ok. Stop blaming kids for your bad choices, stop compounding bad choices because you blame others for your bad choices. Stop being a walking PoS and take responsibility. If you don't want to be a parent, great. Don't be a parent. But don't you dare justify regret for having kids.

@andshewas296 , what your mother failed to understand is, it is the parents' job to teach their children to behave. We can summize she didn't understand this, because she didn't do it and she told you, if you were born a boy, she would have killed you. Learn the lesson she did not. Train your children in the way they should go. Don't expect the schools to do it for you. You (and your husband) do it for yourselves, so that you and your children may be blessed.

@_BirdOfGoodOmen , I know there are awful parents. Because I have seen both sides of it. As a parent myself, I notice what other parents do. When the neighbors get home at 11pm and their 2 year old kid is screaming his head off due to being overtired (and both of them look like they had a few), that's bad parenting. When the kids are absolutely being rude little sh*theads, that's bad parenting. You don't need to grow up with it to realize that there is a right way and a wrong way to be a parent.

People do it every day. In some cases, they even claim it's love, like when they transition their 2 year old because they want a daughter (but have all biological males).

@Nytephyre , no, regretting that you have children means you regret that they were born. That means you hate - yes, H.A.T.E. - those children. Don't you dare try to say you can regret someone's very existence in your life and then love them at the same time. That would be lying.

That doesn't mean that you tolerate bad behavior. It doesn't mean you don't set boundaries. It is sad that, my wife's parents, due to their misbehavior at my daughter's last birthday party, only see our 3 daughters under restricted conditions. But I don't hate her parents. My wife doesn't hate her parents. We will protect our 3 daughters, even, as sad as it is right now, from the my wife's parents. The point is, while there have to be necessary consequences for others' misbehavior, in order to protect yourself and your own children, that doesn't mean you show hatred to those who misbehaved.

@Lawrence_Talbot , do not feel bad for the mothers. No one forced the majority of mothers to open their legs. Yes, they are women who are forced; the vast majority of women chose that. Do not feel sorry for women who made a choice that they now regret. Oh, and just so we're clear, the Daily Wire has never told women to get f***'ed in their 20s by a scumbag who leaves them single and without support. That's the exact opposite of what every DW host has advocated. I know it's hard to stop being a lying sh*thead, but you can change. Feel bad for the children, who are hated - yes, H.A.T.E. - by their mothers and treated as products of regret.

If you regret having kids, then you need to change. Because right now, if you feel that way as a parent, you're a walking PoS. The good news is, you can change your attitude and your outlook on life. It's not your children's fault. It might be your spouse's fault; but don't blame your children. Your children are a blessing. If you cannot see that, then f*** you. Your job is to raise your children. Your job is not to let the schools turn your children into hellions or to send your children to a therapist to deal with your lack of parenting. You. You are to train and teach your children.
