@Chandler Burse , let's break this down a bit...
"I've never seen a pencil with "may be sharp" since they never come sharpened." -- Yes, that was a joke. Since I had to explain that, it's clear the joke went over your head.
"Hot liquids do need a warning since well most people may not realize just how hot it is initially and many instinctually take a sip as soon as they get it and then your tongues on fire." -- So... uh, you think that when someone /willfully/ order HOT COFFEE, they should be able to sue McDonald's when said coffee is as hot as it's supposed to be, due to the fact that they spilled said hot coffee on themselves. I do hope you're joking. Because if not, you're one of the folks for whom the "Warning: Hot" label was created.
"Also i think warnings are like a legal thing for companies it's to prevent lawsuits potentially." -- Yes, to protect them from stupid, greedy humans who would rather blame someone else for their f*ckups.
"Thats not really a result of human stupidity" -- No, it's a result of human stupidity.
"but a result of human greed and manipulation for money." -- Yes, something that's necessary because society has gotten to a point where stupid people are also greedy and upset that, due to their stupidity, they would rather sue for money as a result of their dumbass-ery.
Again, I do hope you've been joking this whole time. Because if not, you're one of the folks for whom the "Warning: Hot" label was created. And no, that is not meant to be kind nor is it meant sarcastically. It meant as an exasperated, annoyed explanation of something that should have been totally unnecessary to explain. So, if you are serious in what you have said, please change your behavior and quit justifying stupid actions.
