  9. The US's current infrastructure also doesn't make it easy for those with disabilities either unless you have a car. As an architect who has seen a lot of simple changes like curb cuts for access, I've grown to become more aware of the extra steps and stress people with disabilities have. For the US, the care and routine for people with access issues needs to be addressed and written into ADA code so the airlines have to follow it. Broken wheelchairs, not referring to a person as a human is just not okay. Great that you guys covered this. People need to be visible, so the general public understands and supports everyone in the community. This is more than just a wheelchair issue, this is an ACCESSIBILITY issue that affects everyone who doesn't/can't own a car. With all the science and technology we have today as well as the high cost of air travel, we could be doing so much better for folks in wheelchairs or others that need special accommodations. The only reason airlines continue to operate the way they do is because of corporate greed.

Sankara of Burkina Faso was an amazing person who cared for his people. He successfully implemented programs that vastly reduced infant mortality, increased literacy rates and school attendance, planted ten million trees to combat desertification, and boosted the number of women holding governmental posts. It's a shame what happened to him. That aside, THIS is the daring and brave VICE journalism I know and love! To go right into the front line in an African jungle war to report is something I admire and respect. We hope you'll return to our glorious DPRK someday!
