  2. debunked by who? Japanese people never hit the gym and they have great longevity. They only walk and do short rides on bike. No cardio or any kind of heavy exercise. You people really think that exercise will make you live longer? or only will make you look better?

  5. well, here is the thing: most of centenarians never exercised, except for work-related activity. Look at Japanese, generally speaking they never hit the gym, yet they have great longevity. I think Trump has actually, and for the first time, made sense.
