  2. The problem is that Korean people dont seem to know that Japan already apologized and paid a huge amount of money in compensation for comfort women. They simply dont know... and they are demanding japan to apologize again, which obviously will not happen.

  3. for those saying that Japan never apologized, yeah prime minister Kiichi Miyazawa and chief secretary koichi kato apologized in 1992. I cant believe Korean people being ignorant of this or trying to hide this information for some reason, to make japan look bad. Of course Japan is not going to apologize again. Also saying that compensation was not given... what happened with those 800m dollars...??? oh korea didnt give it to the families, right? well done.

  6. butJapan already apologized before for comfort women. How many times is it supposed to apologize? and Abe might be arrogant but he is not the one who committed the crime, i think korea needs to start moving on already.

Japan paid about 800 million dollars to compensate comfort women, but koreans seem to think japan has yet to give a compensation and japan doesnt acknowledge this crime. Japan might want the statues removed, but what about Korea pretending to have not received a compensation and such... where did the money go, they didnt give it to the families of the victims...?

  13.  @sabrinay  more than enough in my opinion because the new government and generation are not the ones that committed the crime, so you can't expect much of a "sincere apology". If they apologized and gave some compensation i think that's enough.
