  2. no, only on one side, because he is trying to enforce the store accepting his scottish note and the law doesnt exactly say that. Maybe immigrants know your law better than yourself, who knows. And just for you to know, many white British cashiers reject those notes in london, just becasue they dont have means to verify they are not fake. it doesnt even have anything to do with race.

We do know how those notes look like, but we dont have means to check if they are real, we do have means to check standard notes but not the ones from Scotland, so im not gonna take a note that could be fake and, just for you to know, the law says we can perfectly refuse to take it. It doesnt have ANYTHING to do with race. My British cashier, born here, pure white British cashier, told me she sees only one or two of these notes in a year and she would not be able to guarantee that they are not fake. Stop the bullshit.
