  1. i see so many harsh comments. A mother cannot be staring at her child 24 hours a day. She needs to do some tasks, chores or whatever, and sleep. This kind of accident can happen in just the blink of an eye, you can't say the mother should pay more attention because no mother in the world can just keep looking at her child for 24 hours a day and not do absolutely anything else nor sleep.
