  1. yeah i feel bad for that staff on the counter because it´s not her fault but i also understand the mother, with her kids´ holiday ruined.

  2. i think, more than the flight being cancelled, was the lack of info she was upset about, because if she is told from the beinnging she can attempt to find another flight and make it on time for the cruise, but if the company hides information and says it´s just delayed well, i definitely understand this woman.
