  3. they didnt hesitate either. You dont see what they are doing. Dispatching help sometimes is just pressing couple of keys in a computer, depending on the specific system they use.

  7. Why are you assuming that she hasn't? dispatching help for this kind of cases takes barely 1 second. It's maximum priority procedure. One click or one shout and a colleague is dispatching help at maximum speed. Can people stop talking about things they dont have any clue about? thanks.
