  1. it looks to me, by her attitude, that language was not reason for refusal, and people are very quick to judge as I can see. No one knows what might have happened before this lady started to record. The employee being so dismissive really looks like something had happened before. I am just saying, no one knows. Anyone can look bad in 1 minute video, but what is the cause of an action? I have denied service to some customers as well; I always had a good reason.

  2. no, it looks like something happened before this recording and the customer is being refused service for another reason. I strongly doubt that this employee would create this situation for no reason. The way she was dismissing the customer makes me think that this customer has done something wrong before and it's not fair to show only the moment of the refusal, but not the previous events. I could be on youtube as well, yesterday i told a person within my store "GO !!!!" i was yelling at him. It turns out he had been shoplifting every single day for months. You can't jump into conclusions so lightly.
