yeah i believe he thought it was real. But I guess the jury would consider it's his fault for making the choice to stop the meds.

I thought that at first; but there are actually some really strong ones that can hurt you if you take 3 at once.

My guess is that the jury considered that it was his choice to leave the medication and he was in a "sane status" when he made that choice; therefore responsible for what happened later. That is my guess.

especially now that we know they dont work for people but for leaders and they will do everything they are told to do including locking people down.

that's what i thought but then i checked this out and apparently some pain killers are really strong and can hurt you if you take 3 at once.

My guess is that even though he clearly has a mental issue he can't be let out because he is dangerous to others. And he made the choice to stop taking the medication knowing what could possibly happen.

depends. For example, two milligrams of Fentanyl can be lethal. I guess you got ibuprofen or nurofen in mind but there are some really strong pain killers as well.

wasnt mentioned. I am curious too.

@kirkkirkland7244 yeah he lied. And that doesnt mean he is not mental. HE had a diagnosis, a prescribed medication. He quite surely had an issue. Also, he didnt know the victims, there was no motive. That makes me believe his illness somehow made him do it. And this is NOT to say he should be let free at all.

@qdub8158 nobody has said he should be let out.

not saying he was not pretending during the interrogation but he was diagnosed with a mental illness prior to this event, had notes written around his house, had prescribed medication... so I dont know why you'd say he didnt have a mental issue that could contribute to the event. And this is NOT to say he should be let free or anything of the sort; obviously not.

I am not a doctor and it's not my place to judge mental illness and how it is manifested. But as he had a diagnosis and a medication I'd say he definitely had issues. And he didnt know the victims nor had a motive to kill, so .... anyways, with or without a mental illness he cannot be let out so it doesnt make much of a difference.
