  1. they only do exercise related to work-activity or walking; they dont do heavy exercise that makes their hearts race; that's definitely one of the reasons. In the west we are being brainwashed into thinking that we need to do a lot of running and cardio exercise to live longer; no, that will actually make their lives shorter. Our energy is not unlimited.
