  2. Well i hope they are not allowed to become independent. They already knew that this referendum would be dismissed because the Spanish Constitution law of 1978 claims that Spain is indivisible. They are playing the victim role way too much and feeling special and superior way too much.

  3. why would you even care about their independence? anyway, Catalonia is not a country, it's a part of Spain. Spain's constitution says Spain is indivisible. Catalonia carried out an illegal referendum and they knew very well that it would be dismissed, but they just wanted to get attention from people like you who may see them as victims. Catalans here are just being arrogant and looking down on other Spanish people as they feel they are better just because they are doing better financially. And no, Spain is not doing anything illegal here, catalonia is.
