The main problem is that they did not want the same path for their marriage and maybe that is something they should have discussed before getting married.

i can see why many women would consider this as shameful and these women as not valueing themselves, but they are happy with their jobs and not many people can say that. Not many people can go to work and feel happy.

Technically they are not Japanese unless one of the parents is Japanese. I mean, you are not Japanese just by being born there. That works in another countries but not in Japan. If that is what you meant.

most japanese people dont care about religion to begin with. Which is very cool.

I think it's good that she is living the present and not caring too much about the future. She doesnt even know if she will marry; some women nowadays don't want to get married. She doesnt even know if she will be alive. I am not saying we shouldn't think about the future at all, but the present is more important. Too much planning and thinking about a future that might not even come is a waste of energy.

dead spirit? I absolutely do not envy you, closed minded person who thinks that any single person is unhappy. There are single people who are happier than married people, sorry to burst your bubble.
7
you can't possibly say that situation is unfair, when it's men who are creating that situation to begin with. Men create that big demand for prostitutes. So what is your complaint exactly?

i just came back from being in japan for 3 weeks. I am a lady, normal weight (it's not like i occupy one and half seats or something like that). there are times when they dont care and sit next to just anyone, but normally the seat next to a tourist is the last seat to be occupied, and sometimes I see women who are obviously looking hard for an unoccupied seat, but when they see a foreigner next to it they dont want to sit down anymore. Yeah it happens and as much as I love japan i am not gonna say racism does not exist. Even the staff of a station gave me some wrong information and i am pretty sure on purpose.. however it is true that some stations cannot print english seat reservations, it happened to me once and the guy was very nice and apologized.

well, reality may prove you wrong. There are other interviews with retired porn stars and they are doing very well. Not all of them, of course. Not everyone who doesn't live up to your standards or what you consider "normal" will be miserable. For instance, I guess you think that everybody should get married and have children, but the reality is that there are more and more single people in the world and some of them are very happy like that. I dont really think you should be so conceited about the way you believe things are or should be, and kind of try to impose your ideals on people.

well, no job is perfect. I don't have an "immoral" job, but it's destroying me physically. Some jobs have a mental impact on you, others have a physical impact on you. I am still looking for the perfect job. If she is happy with this, let her be. She might not be thinking much about the future, well, she is being honest with herself and with what she wants to do.
3
she doesnt need to find a husband. Are you from last century?
3
that's wrong by Japanese laws, sorry. Being born there does not grant you the nationality.
3
the consequences that might never happen, but you imagine they have to happen and assume that's the absolute truth for every single case. The reality is that there are women who were in prostitution for a while and later on didnt suffer any consequence at all.

I feel so sad reading so many comments of people for who dating is the only thing in life. You all talk as if her life is pointless because she will stay single. Guys, there are more choices in life. I know some single people who are very happy, way more than many married people. Why do you assume that a single person must be frustrated and depressed. You are so closed-minded it's worrying.
3
No, being born in Japan does not give you the Japanese nationality. That statement itself is wrong. You can only be Japanese if one of your parents is Japanese or by marrying a japanese person and, after a good number of years, applying for Japanese citizenship, which may not be granted. That's from the legal point of view. But if you mean japanese as a person that has been raised there, shares the culture and speaks the language, yeah.
3
you've probably already watched this video but just in case https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_NWFAMIk2BI&feature=emb_logo
3
just dont watch it. You dont need to tell other people what to do. I dont watch it but its existence doenst bother me.
2
not necessarily, another actor was interviewed and he has been married for 20 years. It depends on the other person's capability to accept her/his past.
2
well that's your opinion. There was another interview with a retired pornstar and she is doing great, she has her own company, friends, money. Just because they dont live the perfect life that you picture on your mind does not mean that they are frustrated or have ruined their lives. There are many married people who are extremely unhappy, they are throwing their lives away more than these girls, because, in the end, being successful in life equals being happy. If you do "what society expects from you" such as marrying and having kids but you are unhappy, you have failed. If this girl is happy, she has succeeded.
2
not everyone wants to get married and have children, we need to stop putting pressure on people. She is doing what she wants, we may like it or not, but i think it's good she is not thinking much about the future because, well, who knows what might happen, maybe she will not even live too long.
1
does she need to say it? you can get more money, working less hours. Pretty sure that's her favourite part. Anyway she answered that question and she said efforts pay off in this job 7:15
1
@GenyaArikado oh yeah so you are one of those judgemental, delusional and close-minded people who assume that everyone should get married and if someone doesnt want to get married is either a failure or immature. I know single people who are very happy, they might be happier than you. It's not good to be so judgemental and try to impose your ideal lifestyle to everybody. This is my last message, can't keep wasting time.
1
it's a shame for you. Not everybody wants to get married and have kids. Many people decide not to and, quite often actually, they can be happier than married people.
1
@qualityinspector920 yeah you should fear God when you go around making evil assumptions about people and looking down on them. That's how religious you are, wow. Maybe you should inspect your own quality.
1
ok..... i was sure they always faked it.
1
i didnt like the guy who said that we should remember this is not our home. i dont think being born in a certain country gives you an exclusive use of it. If the law and policies allow a certain number of foreigners to live in japan, that is their home, same than some Japanese live abroad as well.
1
of course not, only clueless people are.
1
those medicines only cause harm and that's what they are made for. I wouldnt be surprised if her problems have to do with other medicines she took in the past or was injected with.
1
for you, maybe.
1
I´ve watched other videos of japanese porn actresses and thought they were fine. But there is something wrong about this woman, sorry to say.
1
@dwightfernandez7029 you dont know that. Dont make things up.
1
what´s shocking is to see everybody walking down tokyo streets covering their faces like iddiots.
1
that's not your business and sorry to say but many women decide not to get married, as well as many men; and it's not either worrying, sad or anything of the sort.
1
they are not harming anyone though. When people do something that only affect themselves, I dont think it should be a problem. If they do somethign that affects others, that's where their freedom ends.
1
Just being born in Japan does not grant you the japanese nationality. If both parents are foreigners, the child is not Japanese from a legal point of view. Just wanted to point it out.
1
i was curious about going inside but as a woman travelling alone, I found that it would be very awkward. And i thought there would only be male customers inside. Well, even if the maids say so, i dont think they have many female customers but i will try to go in next time.
1
no, i dont agree with that. So if you are born in the poorest country of the world, that's your home and you have to be happy with it? and if you are lucky to be born in a rich country you have an exclusive right to "make use" of it? just because you were randomly born there? no, that's not for me. I have more of a global vision but in the end it's up to the government who has the right or not to live there and, if they grant you the right, that's also your home.
1
you imply that, because it's their home and has been for so many years, foreigners are just intruders there and they can't never call japan their home. That's how it sounds although the intention might have been different.
1
well that's a different story, nothing to do with my comment. Of course people have to adapt to the country they are migrating to.
1
well you are lying. Plain and simple.
1
haha well you are a big troll, funny answer. Not taking it seriously of course.
1
I am not gonna insult you back if that's what you are expecting and your comments speak by themselves. No need to even add anything.
1
maybe because they have suspended her business and she is financially "stressed".
