  1. obese people paying for 2 seats rule might not be fully fair, but that´s how it is, and if they know they occupy more than 1 seat they should buy 2.If it was me, i would feel horribly ashamed to make someone else stand. I might not think it´s fair to pay for 2 seats but I would do it for the sake of the passenger next to me.

  2. it's a complicated matter. Of course no one is meant to reach that weight but it's no more, no less than an addiction. ANyway airlines should make clear policies on how to act on these cases, and surely they should not allow someone standing for 7 hours because his seat has been occupied by someone else.

  3. i am not particularly in favor or against them paying 2 seats. My point is that airlines need to make clear policies about it and no one should be squeezed on half a seat.
