  1. nobody here shocked- the hoover dam (AND the glen canyon dam) has been a huge success. dams don't make water or exist for boating and fishing...dams provide flood control. notice that we're not worrying about a flood- or about losing an entire counties' worth of land....

  11. it was definitely a gas explosion and the utility said the gas system was still operable. that means somebody brought flammable stuff into the structure in closed container(s) and released it/them inside the structure. thats exactly what happened. very likely the instigator died in the blast. sorry, but thats what the evidence points to.
