  7. that won't work when I-15 is shut down completely- none of those roads can handle bypass traffic. thats why I-40 east was closed, as well. someone suggested diversion to 15S- only problem is 15S doesn't exist. i think the blockage was just south of halloran summit road. if you can't get to halloran or cima- you can't get to kelso or kelbaker rd.
