  9. not on tribal lands- all that goes out the window and they are exempt from one significant tax so they can undersell anybody else in the business. do you have any idea how much it costs to remove underground tanks and do any needed rehabilitation for the surrounding earth? everybody has a great solution until they see the price tag.

  10. in san diego county- our tribal-owned fuel stations undersell costco and their lousy fuel (i test fuel for a local trailer shop) by at least 10 cents per gallon. this new concept won't affect fuel stations that are on sovereign land. we love our 'injun fuel'....

  11. they shouldn't allow new gas stations in texas until all the abandoned oil fields in west texas are cleaned up and federally certified as usable land.
