The Russian Federation's Government already has the massive economic and political backing of a considersbly large number of allies and commercial trade partners. The great majority of Africa backs Russia. Russia, together with the Peoples Republic of China, another World supergiant, are leading the world-wide rejection and "dumping" of the overinflated United States dollar.
