A lot of that budget money is not spent on weapons of war design and production. Indeed, considerable amounts of military budget money "disappears" without leaving a "trace".

  3.  @bungeyedsniper1391  Still there is NO guarantee that because the United States Military Budget is the largest in the world its Armed Forces will have "military supremacy". Both, the Russian Federation and the Peoples Republic of China have far better arsenals of modern, "top-of-the-line", technologically superior weapons of war with far lower military budgets. And the truth is that a lot of the United States Military Budget money is used by the Military of that country for non-military ends, like general maintenance of military bases, food supplies, general medical care and medical supplies, etc., etc.
