@fabianschrotter From the beginning of the so-called "Ukrainian counteroffensive" Russia has been scoring high, bleeding the Ukrainian armed forces dry. The Ukrainian armies have lost thousands of tanks, trucks, armoured vehicles, military transport vehicles, artillery pieces, missiles and rocket launchers, radar surveillance and communications systems, etc., etc. The problem the Ukrainian military haces rights now is not new: It just got worse. And, to all intents and purposes, the Ukrainian "air force" has been effectively neutralized.
