After all, United States politicians and top government officials have their specially prepared and well-supplied underground cities and bunkers where they can safely hide for indefinitely periods of time while the great majority of American citizens have nowhere to hide and will pay a terrible price when they will "vaporize".

American citizens will never rise up and rebel simply because that is the way they have been brought up since the cradle.
