It's nice to see you back in Mexico! People in Facebook groups are complaining about the Super Peso and saying that people from the States will be moving back. Right now the peso is 16.71:1 USD and for me, it's still better than the USD and I'm happy for the Mexicans!

Your list is really good and it's important. Many people don't do due diligence when moving to another country and end up going back to their home country because their "idea" of the country and the "reality" are miles apart. Good job!

Profiling is dehumanizing. It stinks that you had to go through this four times just going to Oaxaca but I'm really glad that you figured out why it happened. How the Haitians and others are being treated, in large part due to the U.S. is sickening. I appreciate you for showing this.

Omg Funke, what a story, working in the same hangar her father flew out of! I love these interviews, you need to do more of them! You guys keep upping your game, it's excellent to watch.

The people living on the south side are so joyous! Wonderful people, and the leadership that just won't quit! Those women are amazing!

Manta looks like a nice area, and you got lucky with your sight-unseen place, it's cute!
11
It's nice that you enjoyed the city and went despite warnings not to go. The cable car sunset was beautiful, and the view from the lookout (and it's over 400 steps) was fantastic! Thanks for sharing!

This puts the 4th of July to shame, lol. What a great way to celebrate a country's independence!

Very good information, thanks for being honest about the state of affairs there. Your videos always spotlight the good in the area, the beauty of nature or of the people, the history, the stories, making us want to visit wherever you are. The ugly side also needs to be told, so thank you.

Oaxaca is such a great city! You guys are getting more comfortable with Spanish!
8
I missed you guys, happy to see you back! Qatar doesn't seem like a place that I would want to visit, but I'm glad that you had a good experience.
8
Very glad that the earthquake wasn't too bad. Rondel, you went all natural with the wooden spatula today! Great way to improvise some things for your Thanksgiving dinner, it all looked delicious! Happy Thanksgiving and may your blessings continue.
8
Thank you for doing this video. Why would we be lied to about the size and importance of Africa?? I'm dumbfounded, thanks again. I hope you have a wonderful 2024!
8
Love the compilation! Also excited that you are back in Mexico!
7
Oh, you guys have to do more of this type of video, it is so interesting! I appreciate you delving into the leather making business, and all of your hard work, thanks!
6
Entertaining and informative! Cameos by Maddie and Ford were a bonus!
5
Looks like a really nice city, love the colors! The food looked great and the sweets looked so tasty.
5
So far, Lima looks really nice! Happy that you both are safe and that you feel safe as well. Keep staying safe and having a good time.
5
Your documentaries are excellent!

It's cool hearing you guys using your Spanish skills! That stuff Rondel had in a cup reminded me of gaspacho just in the way it looked, I'm glad he liked it (I'm not a fan of raw onion or vinegar, lol) and that drink with jamaica looked interesting, you guys try so many different foods it's really great. All of that leather must smell good just walking down the street.
4
So far, Durango looks like a great city and I love all of the pedestrian walkways. Your matching hats are cute!
4
Just wondering if you guys travel with a blacklight flashlight?
4
Thank you for this video, it is so disheartening to watch our country be pushed off the edge of a cliff. I hope we have a revolution, just not the one the Magas want.
4
Love it! First, your addiction, second first, how you edited this video, you guys are so pro! Have a Merry Christmas!
3
Wow!
3
Wow, you guys had a great year! When the going gets tough, take "me" time and take care of yourselves. Thanks for taking us with you, and Feliz Año Nuevo!

That water at Punta Sur, dang! Beautiful island.

You guys should market documentaries. Why don't we know this information? I shared this on Facebook and Spoutible (a nice version of Twitter).Thank you for this, keep up the good work!

Quite the eye-opener for sure!

Visiting for the first time very soon, but so far, I say YES, Mexico is still worth it.
2
This is a great description of the life of a digital nomad, to give people something to think about before selling everything and setting out!
2
Thanks so much for the great tips!
2
"A tot with the trots", LOL. Threw away your rent money? Ouch! You guys crack me up, thanks!

Wikipedia says that blacks initiated this festival to thank the Virgin of Mercy for them being liberated from slavery. Okay, but as you mentioned, I don't see any blacks in the parade or as spectators so that is puzzling. Also, there is no mention of why this man dressed as a woman is carrying a baby or why the milk/water is sprayed on the crowd. I totally don't get it. I guess I'm just glad it is only in this one town. They said that the festival in November is attended by nationals and many tourists. Huh?
2
Very cool, and informative.
2
Love the stand for your spatula/mic holder. Thanks for sharing this, I had no idea!
2
Damn.
2
What a wonderful festival with 16 tribes in that one state! I can't imagine anything as inclusive as that happening in the States.
2
That beach is a busy hub for the fishermen, very cool! The amount and variety that they catch is amazing and your meal looked fantastic! Those earbuds look like a game-changer!
2
I didn't realize that Mezcal was so important in Mexico, very interesting video. The families all have their unique twist on the mezcal that they make, and that lone guy, holy moly the flavors he had. Thanks for showing us!
2
Hope you have an uneventful stay in Guayaquil, way better than the start of this trip.

Very sad what Peru is going thru right now. Stay safe, prayers for you and the Peruvians. You can always go back sometime and see the things that you will miss during this trip.

Good to know!

Loved this video! The scavenger hunt was fun to watch, discovering Rondel at the end was great, but the TBC stinks! Can't wait for the next chapter! Well done, Yarbros!

Very pretty beach, tranquil like your neighborhood. The city side was interesting, as was the mercado area where you ate.

What a great story for anyone using and Airbnb or really renting any space, warning about hazards and how to avoid them! You should have saved this for Halloween weekend, lol!
