@dgyh3372 What exactly did India expect here? India exported, that is to say; they sold it. The US has every right to not sell anything back -it's not a donation or anything. India tried to make a profit.

@Herravanrikki We don't care, tbh. We're out for ourselves in the world in the first place, and everyone knows that helping others doesn't yield anything but resentment. So why bother unless there is a self-interested reason for it? Giving the virus more time to evolve isn't an issue when further vaccines can be made on-top of prior advances.

Inequality within a country people care about because its a national entity. There is no such equal treatment between countries, and never will be because no one actually cares.

@shahrizariza1606 Except the rich countries don't have more than we need, we have less than we need. And poorer countries are selfish for demanding it anyway despite them not contributing in its creation.

@primisole123 That really isn't an argument to help them, you know? It's a fact that occurred, and it also has nothing to do with us half a century later. Unless you're an advocate of "the sins of the father falls on their son" or some garbage?

@Sujay95 West has been spending trillions on former colonial states already. The leaders of said former colonial states tend to just pocket it. Also, many countries in "the West" were also not involved in that either; so basically, we couldn't care less.

@yxxhz.4171 Well, no, you don't need enough weapons. You just need a currency that everyone uses and values; thus keeping its value the same despite printing more money.
