@AmusingMusic Well, duh. Objectively speaking, the US thus far has been the most lenient world power in recent memory; it's technically in most of the world's interest to prop up the Americans. What's it matter to a Japanese, British, South African, Nigerian, Saudi, Kuwaiti, or Vietnamese dude whom benefits from the US that the Americans invaded Iraq in 2003? In the cost-benefit analysis it doesn't; especially with so many powers reliant on them.
