@lunarispro9802 There are no nukes in Ukraine, Kremlinbot. Let alone NATO nukes. The closest nukes to Russia are in old West German territory.

@derkernspalter USSR mobilized to take what was promised between Germany and the USSR in the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, and Germany was also mobilized in this too. So don't try and frame Germany as in the right; if NATO ever brought even half of Russia's numbers mobilized near their borders they'd be screeching to the high heavens.

@mikhailalmaz If Russia wants to start doing that, the US can easily return the favor threefold and start placing nukes in Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Poland, etc. Meanwhile its doubtful if Russia can even get one nuke in Cuba, let alone Mexico since neither want to deal with Russia. There is a reason the US hasn't done that. If Russia wants to start, US can easily make it infinitely worse for Russia.

@lunarispro9802 US wasn't even initially involved in the Libyan campaign, Russian bootlicker. That was France and the UK, who had their own reasons to step in the Libyan Civil War. President Obama wanted to stay out of it. And this "conflict" in Europe had long ended since it's one of the most peaceful continents on the planet, though Russia seems to want to end that and bring the scourge of industrialized world war back.

@lunarispro9802 We understand the Russian perspective, it just doesn't matter when it comes to the sovereignty of an allied democracy. At some points geopolitics has no room to maneuver around principle. If everything revolved around geopolitics than the world would constantly be at conflict at a level not seen since before WW2. Effectively arguing the Russian position while repeating Kremlin lies without mentioning the UKRAINIAN RIGHT TO EXIST is effectively pro-Russian, tbh. "A lot has changed since Soviet times" Apparently not since almost all of Eastern Europe feel the need to hide under NATO for their own security. Why does Russian security supersede everyone else's, exactly?
