Those are conscripts, 80% of Russia's BTG's are being used in Ukraine as we speak which means almost all of their professional forces are deployed -and those troops are barely being properly supplied as it is. So its unlikely that mass conscription will fix Russia's ailing war aims.

Even Russian media is not as unhinged in their copium as those channels are -they refused to accept that the Ukrainians pushed so deep in the Kharkiv Offensive, if I remember.
