And yet Assad never attacked Israel, etc, etc. Why would rebels of a single country try to expand and attack other countries when they don't even control their own? What kind of clown logic is that?

As if a self-hating American has any sense of logic to begin with. Its one thing to stand against US policy on an individual basis, but doing it 24/7 guarantees that some of the worst groups win out. The US bombed ISIL and helped destroy them, I guess you was against that policy too?

1) US did not support or train Al Qaeda fighters; that's propaganda on your part. The US trained SDF fighters, but some had associations with Islamist groups, especially after Assad intentionally freed prisons filled with Islamists to join the SDF. The US realized that the SDF was no good, and shifted to support the Kurds, and support them still. 2) Assad being removed will only spark a free-for-all amongst whoever is left. US bases will face some attacks, but the other factions are far more dangerous, and the US is generally too well protected with Kurdish support and minding their own business. Not until the civil war is close to ending will the US bases face much opposition.

You have zero nuance, and your "love" is very close to outright h@te in its expression, you just justify it by crying about "criminals" while blatantly ignoring other "criminals" elsewhere. You're perfectly fine with imperialism, just as long as its not the US stepping in at all. Thanks for proving my point by crying "muh zi*nist" the second anyone calls you out.

And your c*ying about zi*nists definitely doesn't help with the perception that you're one of those "patriots" that would see their country ruined for the benefit of those you consider allies of your ideology, like Russia.
