@richard-gn3es Actually there were gaps where the US wasn't in combat, and "combat" for much of Iraq and Afghanistan consisted of just protecting the occupied countries from terrorist organizations, so calling it "war" is a bit faulty.

@tomtube1012 Russia is literally a weaker country. And Iraq was the top 5 military power on the planet when it was crushed by the US.

@tomtube1012 Iraq was not that much weaker than Russia back then, no. In fact it had much of the same equipment as Russia did. Seriously, compare the amount of troops and the equipment they had and they were not too far apart and still aren't -Iraq had much less anti-air and no nukes, really. You don't understand how MAD works, do you?

@tomtube1012 Russia is using decades old Russian tanks. They had similar small arms as Russia, and similar troops numbers. I already mentioned they don't have nukes. The entire point of a conflict is that the US will kick Russia out of Ukraine, not chase them back to Moscow. The US can't due to MAD, that's why I asked whether you knew how it worked. Come on now. There have been wars between nuclear powers already without nukes being used.
