  4. Isn't it kinda hard to do that without separation of powers to begin with? When power is centralized like in the CCP, you can't have anything resembling independent institutions.

  6.  @isabelzhang6194  While there is a ongoing housing crisis in the West, its in the same vein of "fewer people being afford houses", not in the way that speculators have massively raised prices to the point that it can cause an economic depression. That was the case in 2008, but not right now. Idk about anywhere else, but I haven't heard of such things in anywhere but China. Sri Lanka has its own issues.

  7.  @isabelzhang6194  Idk about a specifically financial crisis, but a economic recession is pretty much inevitable at this point. This in conjunction with the looming food crisis is gonna do a lot of damage no doubt.
