@jodebravo9148 Uh, nobody did? Ukrainians know that, but Russia likes lying about that to justify mass murdering Ukrainians and stealing territory. Also, the UN found that both Russia and Ukraine has been killing citizens in Donetsk and Luhansk. Convenient you forgot to mention that. @chris1806 It's not the US' right to negotiate with Russia to begin with; this is between Ukraine and Russia. Also, it makes no sense to negotiate with Russia atm; they have proven to be duplicitous and no negotiation can begin without Ukraine regaining its territory stolen from Russia since 2014. Only after that has been established can negotiation begin. Also, stop lying, there is no gallup poll saying that there is low opinion of Ukrainian trust in government. All polls we have so far indicate high support for Zelensky in this war.

@chris1806 It makes sense to negotiate if you're an imperialist piece of filth, sure; then we get to throw away small countries like chess pieces like the Cold War. Russia wants to continue to play that game while justifying conquest and imperialist stealing of territory. That cannot allowed to be a thing. It doesn't matter what Putin or his followers think; this is what matters -the national security of Eastern Europe is far more critical than Russia's, and even if it wasn't it doesn't justify these actions. You're literally trying to use fascist logic to justify this, and its disgusting. Go back to the 1940's where your logic fits better. Russia will not get an inch of Ukrainian land, and if it takes millions of Russian dead in Ukrainian land to get that point across, then so be it. That's on them.
