@arturturk5926 Those who make those claims do little but parrot what they hear from others who are just as ignorant as themselves. Informed people; people in the military, such as Sir John McCall, John Spencer, Richard Kemp, all say otherwise. I wouldn't get information about, say, Physics, from butchers, dress designers, etc., who know nothing about Physics. Let alone the data itself points in the opposite direction.
