 @BradSamuelsPro No, they're not. By last account, there were some 41,000 deaths after 11 months, and around half were civilians. That's a 1:1 military to civilian ratio, one of the lowest ever.

@1Deep43VA It is neither. Declaring it yourself and ignoring the definition won't change that. It isn't a popularity contest, so even of many agree, it won't change it. Let alone hamas isn't an ethnic group . There are several military who have field experience, who have stated Israel has made an effort to minimize civilian deaths. Look up Richard Kemp, who testified at the UN to that effect. Others, like John Spencer, John McColl, have agreed. The civilian to military kill ratio is one of the lowest ever. At 20,000 dead civilian deaths, less than 1% of Gaza's 2.3 million have been killed.

@OP3735 Tantura has been debunked and the student denied his thesis. Testimony of a few soldiers, if true, is disgusting, but not evidence of rape. Unlike hamas, the Idf has disciplined its soldiers.
