  1. I think it's a rather clearcut case of him being an unlawful combatant. Not saying that what he did wasn't the right decision at the time, but unlawful combatants need to be summarily executed - look at the debacles we've recently had, with American servicemen getting court martialed for killing unlawful combatants in Iraq and Afghanistan. Having fought exclusively against unlawful combatants myself in Iraq, I have no sympathy for them, even a man like Fryatt who was on the right side.
