  1. Woodrow Wilson was a terrible person and our second worst president (his ideological heir Franklin Roosevelt takes the dubious 'honor' of worst president ever). He was openly hostile to the Constitutional order and to any limits on government power. But for his stroke, he could have set the nation much further down a very dark path.
