  1. There was one dog, a dog named Fuchsl, who was owned by an Obergefreiter in the German lines. Apparently, this dog was stolen, and this certain Obergefreiter never really got over that. And this Obergefreiter, who was named A. Hitler, became kind of a major asshole who kinda murdered 11-odd million people, and then tested the poison he used to commit suicide on the last dog he had. If there's a moral to this story, it's that cats make better pets.
