  1. Gaston Glock invented the Glock pistol in 1982 in response to a 1980 Austrian Army requirement. The main German pistol in WWII was the Walther P38, although other designs like the Luger P08 were also used. "Glock" refers to a specific pistol design, and is not synonymous with "pistol". Using it to mean "pistol" makes you look foolish.

  3.  @jasonmcgrath205  What on earth does Werner von Braun have to do with Oskar Schindler or John Rabe? The former was a brilliant scientist who used the means at his disposal for his work regardless of moral or ethical implications. The latter two risked their own lives to save the lives of countless others for no other reason than it was the right thing to do.
