  3. 14.5mm rifles would be technically legal (though heavily regulated). But there aren't many of them floating around in this country.

  4.  @ВладимирОкшин-з9ж  I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say. There are not very many 14.5mm rifles available on the civilian market in the US. Same with 14.5mm ammunition. Getting one would be very hard to do and likely very expensive.

  5.  @ВладимирОкшин-з9ж  .50s aren't cheap, but they're readily available. A 14.5 would not be readily available, and would cost significantly more.
