When I was in college, 2010-2013, I made some politically incorrect comments in a class on US foreign policy. As a veteran of the US Marine Corps who served in Iraq, I understood what I was saying in a way that the professor, who was a woman about my age and of far less experience, did not. Based on the comments I made, I was forced to go see the university's therapists before being allowed to register for the next semester. To my utter shame, I took the easy way out and talked to these two women rather than suing. And this was at Fordham University, which is apparently known as not being particularly leftist.

JossWainwright I called Iraqis savages (they are), and pointed out that detained enemy combatants are NOT prisoners of war by any definition of the term and as such have no rights. She got all butthurt and complained to the administration.

Dr Peterson, I have one complaint as to what you say: Your insistence that English Common Law (and the legal systems based thereon) have no need for an enumerated Bill of Rights. As an American, I consider our Bill of Rights absolutely crucial to a free society. The problems that you have in Canada with "gender pronouns" and whatnot are not the same in America. That's the thing. We have the right to speak freely specifically documented
