Okay, I don't want to make a blanket statement here, because there are a lot more open bolt guns that I haven't shot (much less disassembled) than those that I have, but aren't ALL open bolt triggers basically just a lever that moves a stopper out of the way? That's what the trigger on the M240/M249 is.
