No. The reduction in weight is offset by a number of other practical concerns, namely the durability of caseless ammunition. Caseless ammunition has issues with the propellant falling apart, as there is nothing like a cartridge case to hold it together. Also, it isn't waterproof, which presents a massive problem for military use. In addition to these problems, a weapon firing caseless ammo with no ejection port would get very hot very fast. A water cooling system like you'd likely need would offset any reduction in weight from the ammo. Basically, while caseless ammo is a cool concept that offers theoretical advantages, it presents a number of practical problems which have not yet been solved. For caseless ammunition to be practical, you would need to have a caseless round that is durable and waterproof in a weapon that won't overheat from sustained fire (at least not any more than current weapons do) and is still practical to carry. Solve those problems, and caseless ammo will likely be adopted rather quickly.
