  1. How is there not? The racial caste system of America was built to favor whites. Now, it’s shifting to favor women and minorities. Neither caste system is equitable and both are flawed.

  3. Which implies that if god created this universe, his presence only exists within the construct of his creation, and not himself. There wouldn’t be a reason to build evolution if he has divine intervention. This implies he’s incapable of intervening in his own creation, or is unwilling to intervene. We are still confined to his creation and we still have to survive and compete in it. Anything goes, because it was designed that way. Play the game and live.
