  3. Not enough research has been committed. In the future, it may be possible to “reverse” genders via intensive gene editing and chemical therapy. That’s a future I’m not excited for, but it’s one that is certainly possible. What is clear though is that one cannot convert their biological sex without massive artificial intervention. Also known as not natural.
