  3. Depends on a lot. If we truly have their tech and if it’s truly as game changing as speculated. We’d be safe to assume any nation in possession of said technology would do everything in its power to conceal it. Especially if they haven’t reverse engineered it yet. We’re talking about the capability to essentially teleport nuclear warheads via craft that can accelerate to insane speeds instantaneously. Whoever masters this supposed tech first will become undisputed rulers of the planet. This capability is dangerous in the hands of such a competitive and aspirational species.

  4. Too much of a stretch. Here’s a simplified version. If aliens or some form of intelligent non-human consciousness is visiting us. It means they have the technology to travel the cosmos, or maybe even dimensions. This suggests they could be million(s) or billion(s) of years ahead of us. The comparison of giving a cave man an iPhone doesn’t even apply on these time scales. It’s beyond that. If we have their tech, it’s likely beyond our comprehension & will be for many more thousands of years to come. This is the likely explanation.

Your ribosome probability is based off incomplete science and scientists having to take liberties with setting the conditions to calculate probabilities. Same problem the Drake Equation runs into where only 1 of the 6 factors is a solved science, and the other 5 factors require the scientists to guess. Hence why calculations range from 1 intelligent civilization per observable universe, to thousands per galaxy. Humanity doesn’t know enough to refine and narrow their scope on these topics. Stop pretending to be an intellectual and just embrace the fact that we live in a wild time. Enjoy the ride & keep an agnostic mind.

  8. I’ve yet to find any and I’ve been looking my whole life. I glance up at the sky any chance I get. Never seen a UFO, let alone one that had signature non-conventional characteristics. I’ve read many stories and watch many videos. I’ve peaked many photos. Everything tiptoes the line of fuzzy, interesting, mundane, and unprovable. In my experience there is way too much arbitrary and non-definitive evidence. And a severe lack of any conclusive smoking gun. Do you have a smoking gun? If so, please share.

  10. Big assumption. Many of us are interested by how hard the government and military is resisting disclosure of whatever information they have on the topic. The immense resistance is fascinating. Think about it. At the bare minimum, we’re talking about a massive cover up and psych-op spanning decades. Doesn’t that interest you just a little bit? Middle of the ground is they are hiding top secret human-origin tech. The most extreme end is they are hiding non-human technology. All options in this scenario are fascinating. How can you just conclude that any interest in this subject is mind control? Don’t you want to know why the government has decided to go dark on this subject for decades? The truth is out there and someone in our Insitutions knows it. Why are you against people pursuing it?

  13. Humanity is a competitive and aspirational species. If the unconventional key characteristics that have been speculated are true. Whoever masters this technology essentially has the ability to teleport nuclear warheads anywhere on the planet instantly. Imagine what terrorists could do with this tech if they somehow got it. Whoever reverse engineers this first essentially becomes the god of humanity. The stakes are so incredibly high. The people who have this won’t allow this to become public, because it risks their unequivocal control of it when they do finally master it.

  14. America is behind on public infrastructure and capability. But don’t be fooled into thinking that beautiful modern cities means that anyone else is more capable than the US. Our military budget ensures we’re top tech dog. The B52 was imagined in 1948 and built in 1952. The SR-71 Blackbird was built in 1964. Both were secret techs that accidentally got revealed to the public. Had those accidents not happened, they would still be secret today. Imagine what was built and kept secret in the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 00’s, 10’s, and 20’s……….
