  1. Seems like an ultimate act of revenge for self-generated resentment stemming from depression. I feel a lot of his depression as well. I find myself getting mad at people for things that exist solely in my mind. It’s super unhealthy and I constantly have to check myself, else I self-sabotage and ruin every relationship I have. Ultimately, I recognize this as my own shortcoming. That acceptance helps prevent me from escalating beyond my current depression. I could see how someone who doesn’t accept that fact would steamroll through that rabbit hole to a very dark conclusion. Depression sucks :(.
