  32.  @BRJCLIPS  Laws are only as powerful as their ability to be enforced. The pentagon and dark sectors are a mountain of bureaucracy, compartmentalizations and secrecy. The CIA supposedly released all documents pertaining to UFO’s/UAP in accordance with the requirement under Trump’s stimulus Bill. Other agencies have refused Freedom of Information act requests. Some agencies are showing resistance to Trump’s stimulus Bill which requires complete disclosure of UFO/UAP data to congress. The Pentagon might decide not to disclose to congress in June over concerns to national security. Who is going to stop them or verify they released everything? The government? The government is paid for by interests that intend to maintain secrecy and the intense compartmentalization of these sectors. The Military Industrial Complex has America’s balls in a Vice grip. So when you say that they have to disclose. I laugh. You think the citizens will hold them accountable? We can’t even agree on election results, if we landed on the moon or if the planet is round or flat. You have a lot to learn about our civilization and the times we live in. Decades of American precedent. Centuries of complex society precedent. Millenniums of human condition and the phenomena of our social desires to group & work together. All routes back to one human civilization constant - Laws are only as effective as their ability to be enforced. How do you propose the government enforce total disclosure and transparency that is actually viable under our system of government?
