  2. I'm surprised Germany shutdown Nordstream. The Greens in the coalition govt control ministry of environment and also foreign affairs. They are shutting down coal and nuclear power generation. Natural gas, from Russia, is the "intermediate energy" until "renewables come on line". Sure, gas can be shipped but it's more expensive and comes liquified (LNG). And Germany doesn't have an LNG port and it would take years to build. On the foreign ministry side, the Greens sent Ukraine a field hospital (tents and medical equipment) and 5,000 helmets 😂
