  1. There is something wrong here. My reserve unit does this every year. Everyone must qualify: CO, clerks, medics and of course the combat troops. One standard for all. It's rare that anyone fails. I have never seen someone in such distress during a ruck march as the soldier in this video. I would not be proud of the performance. Instead, I would see it as a gateway to remedial measures.
