  1. The Russians are holding a cut-off UA force in Kursk for a N.Kor live fire exercise. As long as N.Kor troops, or anyone else RU invites, stay on RU territory, i dont see it as an issue.

  2. Agreed. But the forces are "unofficial". Whereas the weapons and other capabilities/enablers given Ukr are very much official. M1s, Bradleys, F16s, M777, HIMARS, Patriot...... the list goes on.

  4. @KryptLynx  as long as that foreign force in Ukr is not (officially) NATO. I agreed. Not a problem.

  5.  @KryptLynx  provoking NATO... do do what? They've sent in plenty of arms and men into Ukraine. IF the NoKos go into Ukraine, then yes, it will be a formal "internationalizing" the war. But in a sandbox within Russia? Not so much.
